Trade Mineral Watch Glasses
We can often supply a shaped mineral watch glass from stock
which we will post off for you to fit yourself. Some adjustment
can be made to an oversize glass by using a wet stone, but if
the mineral glass does not fit we will replace it for free. If we
are unable to supply from stock, you will need to buy an acrylic
mould kit from us as we are phasing out the need to send watch
cases to us. Then you will make a shaped mould and post it to
us by 1st class letter post and we will use that to make your
shaped mineral glass. We will retain the mould as our property
to be added to our database and will provide you with a
reference for your customers future use. Only if all else fails will
you need to send us the watch case, which will involve an extra
charge plus postage. We recommend a special glass glue that
sets under ultra violet light for these glasses, although an
epoxy glue can also be used. The ultra violet type of glue can
also repair small chips.

Trade Plastic Watch Glasses
We can often supply a shaped plastic watch glass from stock
which we can post to you for you to fit yourself. It may require
some trimming but nothing that is beyond a watchmakers
abilities. If the plastic or acrylic glass does not fit we will
replace it for free. If we are unable to supply from stock, you
will need to send us the front part of the watch case with bezel
and we will make an acrylic glass specifically for that watch,
which will involve an extra charge plus postage. We may make
extra watch glasses to be held in stock, in which instance we
will provide you with a reference for your customers future use.
We recommend an epoxy glue for these glasses.
